What is IISA, and how does it work?

The Insurance Integrative Strategic Alliance is a commercial initiative allowing us to partner with insurance service providers across the UK. Through this alliance, we can provide our clients with a more comprehensive service, integrating and promoting the insurance products of our partners. In turn, our insurance partners gain access to our vast customer pool and database for business use purposes. At the same time, they receive exposure and promotion in our survey analysis reports, adding direct links that redirect our clients to their websites. In addition to this, our partners can expect added benefits such as:

Access to the report content confirming the property condition, negating claims based on historical defects not associated with recent policy perils.
Report guidance on recommended policy cover best suited to the property type, age and condition.
Insurance rebuilds cost figures included in the report to reduce policy sale lead times.
Qualified and experienced building insurance practitioners carried out all surveys.

The potential insurance partner contacts us to announce their intention to partner with HICH LTD
HICH LTD processes and evaluates the candidate and approves or rejects the partnership request
If accepted, the insurance partner and HICH LTD enter a contractual agreement
HICH LTD and the insurance partner formalize the strategic alliance and begin to enjoy the agreement’s benefits
